Highland's Puppy Questionnaire

Thank you for taking the time to fill-out the questionnaire. There are no right or wrong answers.  Your feedback helps establish the basis for your wanting to welcome an Irish Setter into your family. These questions are asked to help you realize the changes your household will undergo when the puppy arrives. Rainy days and muddy feet, vacations, work schedules, feeding schedules, vet visits, training, grooming, exercise, conformation and obedience classes, yard clean-up -- these are all activities that will be added to the schedule you  are already maintaining.  Welcoming  a dog into your life is an important decision in which the entire household needs to be involved.  Irish Setters are very devoted and they will insist on becoming full-fledged family members--to grant them anything less will make them miserable. So, these questions may prove somewhat thought provoking but, then, that's why we're asking....

Use "TAB" to go from one field to the next field -- using the "ENTER" key will send the form to me before it is completed.
